No. We do not take card details online. You build your order, submit it with your contact and delivery details, and a member of our team calls or emails you within one business day to confirm stock, agree a delivery window and arrange payment.
Yes — $200. It keeps packing and freight economical, which is how we are able to deliver free of charge anywhere in the country.
Nothing. Every order that meets the $200 minimum ships free to all fifty states. There are no handling fees, fuel surcharges or packaging charges added later.
Orders confirmed before noon Eastern are picked the same working day. Most addresses in the continental United States receive their delivery within three to five working days. Alaska and Hawaii usually take five to eight.
Yes. Alcohol deliveries require an adult signature and a valid government photo ID showing you are 21 or older. We cannot leave a box on a doorstep, in a mailroom or with a neighbour.
We ship to all fifty states, but a small number of counties and municipalities prohibit direct alcohol delivery. If your address falls in one, we will tell you when we confirm your order and cancel it at no cost.
Tell us within forty-eight hours and send a photograph. Breakage is our responsibility, not yours — we will replace the bottle from stock or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.
Unopened bottles in their original condition can be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Opened bottles cannot be returned unless the wine or spirit is faulty, in which case we will always make it right.
We do. Trade pricing, case allocations and standing orders are handled separately — send us a note through the contact page with your licence details and we will set you up.
Join the list at the bottom of any page. Allocated and back-vintage parcels go to that list before they are ever listed publicly on the site.
Yes. Add the recipient's address as the delivery address and leave a note in the order notes field at checkout. Remember that an adult with ID must be present to sign for it.
Wine on its side, somewhere dark and steady between 11 and 15 degrees. Spirits upright, away from direct light. An opened bottle of fortified wine will hold for a few weeks in the fridge; an opened spirit will hold for years.

You must be 21 or older to buy. A valid government photo ID is required at the door on every delivery, every time.
