Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses we are licensed to serve. Alcohol delivery is restricted in a number of states, counties and municipalities, and we will tell you if your address is affected when we confirm your order.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order meeting our $200 minimum. There are no handling, fuel or packaging charges added later.

Timing

Orders confirmed before noon Eastern are picked the same working day. Most addresses in the continental United States receive their delivery within three to five working days. Alaska and Hawaii usually take five to eight. Severe weather may delay shipments, and we may hold an order briefly in extreme heat or cold to protect the contents.

Signature and identification

Every delivery requires the signature of an adult aged 21 or over, who must produce valid government photo identification. We cannot leave an order on a doorstep, in a mailroom, with a neighbour or in a parcel locker. If no one is available the carrier will attempt redelivery; after [NUMBER] failed attempts the order will be returned to us and a restocking charge of [AMOUNT] may apply.

Breakages and faults

If anything arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photograph. Breakage in transit is our responsibility. We will replace the bottle from stock or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.

Returns

Unopened bottles in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can arrange collection; please do not ship alcohol back to us yourself, as doing so may be unlawful. Opened bottles cannot be returned unless the wine or spirit is faulty, in which case we will always put it right.

Cancelling

You may cancel at any point before your order is dispatched at no cost. Once an order has left the warehouse the returns process above applies.
